1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, accessing, or using SimulTranslator ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service SimulTranslator provides translation services including, but not limited to:

Voice Translation

Text Translation

Camera / Photo Translation

Image Translation

The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise authorized.

3. Subscription & Payment SimulTranslator offers auto-renewing subscription plans:

Weekly Premium: $7.99

Annual Premium: $49.99

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Pricing Changes We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of the next subscription period.

5. Refund Policy All purchases are final. Refund requests are handled solely by Apple. Please refer to Apple's refund policy at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. User Conduct You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code

Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

Upload or translate content that infringes third-party rights

7. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, and intellectual property within the App are owned by SimulTranslator or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, translations may not be 100% precise in all contexts. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimulTranslator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes.
